Beyonce & Rihanna on Tour: Women – Let’s Unite

Hello 2023!

The year is already kicking off to an amazing start, with reports that Beyonce and Rihanna are going on tour in 2023!

Speculations say that Rihanna will announce her tour after performing in the 2023 Super Bowl Halftime Show. Rihanna has spent the last few years building her billion-dollar empire of Savage X Fenty, Fenty Beauty, and Fenty Skin. “Hey, RiRi”! And now, after birthing a beautiful baby boy, becoming a billionaire status, head over heels in love, it would only be right that she returns to her music roots.

BeyHive lovelies, Beyonce has confirmed that she will indeed be touring in the summer of 2023 with her latest album Renaissance. BeyHive and Rihanna Navy fans are in full support of getting their coins ready and breaking the bank to see the ladies perform!

Twitter fans went crazy to hear that Beyonce and Rihanna were possibly going on tour. Although the Fenty Empress and Break my Soul singer would be touring separately, their supportive tribes have collectively organized a way to break the bank and support both artists.

Teaching us that there is room for women to unite. Women can support each other even if they are in the same competitive industry.

Here are five ways to empower and support women in business:

  1. Team Up!

Collaboration with anyone; yes, please! Everyone loves to see two women working together to build greatness. Partner up with another woman in your industry and become a stronger brand together. Go into this partnership with an open mind and an open heart, and you can make not only a profit but gain an everlasting relationship.

Kylie Jenner is a huge backer of this belief as she has collaborated with all her sisters and momager to build the Kylie Cosmetics empire.

  1. Give ‘KUDOS’ when Due!

We all have those products that we love. Continue the support by shouting out the brand on your social platform(s). Don’t be shy! Giving kudos to another woman-business can go along way with building your own brand and relationships. It shows that you can not only be a boss but a supporter as well.

  1. Shine bright in a Spotlight!

Give women a spotlight or opportunity to share on your blog, podcast, or event. Women are often shy of the spotlight and will not promote themselves as much as they should for fear of not speaking up. Offer your fellow boss babe the opportunity to shine.

Here on a Curvy Mom, I love networking with other women and giving them the platform to share their stories.

  1. Like | Share | Comment

We’ve all seen those posts that have minimal to zero likes. Next time, instead of scrolling pass give a like, heart, share or even leave a comment. All of us boss babes know the time and energy spent into creating a post. I try now to always support my lady business owners with a like – comment or share to support their business. The grind is real, and it takes a village.

  1. Network!

Attend networking events to meet other like-minded women. So many events are virtual that you can attend on FB/IG lives to Webinars – simply showing up can provide support to many women. You can also use it as an opportunity to network with potential customers/clients.

So, lovelies how do you support your fellow boss babes?
