Dear xoSelf:
In 2022 I was so excited for the new year and all that I would accomplish for 2023. However, I am already slacking and being unproductive. What are some tips that you can provide to help me prepare for 2023?
Answer:
It’s challenging for everyone to start all over so you are not alone! I recommend you use the S.M.A.R.T. method which stands for Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, and Timely. That is to say, start with something that is feasible and realistic for you based on your time, energy and resources. Because we are all busy and have to circumnavigate with the realities that are bound to happen to us (i.e. health, loss of job, etc) we should attempt to take the most realistic best foot forward to help you achieve your goals (incrementally) in a way that does not throw you off course.
