Say Yes!
Too busy . . . not tonight . . . another time. How many times have you said one or more of these statements the past few months or even week? Too many to count probably! In a world where we are constantly running from one job to the next, chores out the ass, and a booked calendar for the next three months, where do we find the time to travel? As meticulous and overly anal as I am with planning every second, one thing I can never schedule is time off away from my comfort zone of home, school, and work. Why is it that we can never make time for what is important? Time after time we continue to push our leisure needs to the back burner.
Work and life all too often prevent many of us from taking a moment to decompress and rejuvenate. Listen up, ladies, ’cause it’s time to stop pushing things to another time that never comes! We’re going to take an unplanned trip. It’s going to happen because rule #1: there is no planning involved. No thinking. Call a couple of your girlfriends who’re in desperate need of “me time” and tell them the 411.
This summer my best friend and I planned a wonderful excursion to Charleston, SC, which unfortunately didn’t take place. That’s right, life happened yet again! Charleston is one of those places where even just seeing a picture of it helps you feel relaxed. The streets are filled with historic landmarks, the air is crisp, the trees are big and beautiful, and the grass has never been greener. Charleston is a place to visit to leave all your troubles behind and embrace your creative side.
Here are a few things to do in Charleston:

Eat, eat, eat

Shop a bit
Spa, Massage
