Dear xoSelf,
I am torn on whether to purchase a house or start my business. I saved $30k on my own, but I do have a partner and she wants us to invest in a house which is great, but I would rather invest the money into us starting a business. She disagrees. Any advice on how we can meet in the middle?

Maybe consider buying a multi-family and make the bottom apartment the business? The possibilities are endless!
