Hotel Overview
The Radisson New Rochelle is a chain hotel located in New Rochelle, New York with typical yet stylish attractions like a pool, bar, and restaurant. The rooms and wedding packages are moderately priced and a great alternative to lovely but often booked out wedding venues like Surf Club or VIP Club.
The hotel is also very kid-friendly, which was a pleasant surprise. My husband and I have a blended family of four children and it was good to know that the staff at the Radisson New Rochelle was super kind and more than accommodating for us and our little ones running around as we prepared our wedding.
Ceremony & Reception Venue
Of course you want to know about how beautiful this location is for your wedding, right? And let me tell you, it was stunning!
Originally, my husband and I planned to have our wedding at a different venue, but at the last minute those plans fell through and we were left without a location for our big day…and we had only a few days to find a new one.
The staff at the Radisson New Rochelle was understanding, generous, and very helpful in assisting us to coordinate our wedding with them on such short notice. We are truly grateful and amazed that their team was able to do a one-stop-shop [perform the ceremony and luncheon all in one place] and plan our wedding in no time.
As a part of the Radisson New Rochelle’s wedding package, you have the option to choose between hosting your wedding at the NoMa Social or in the banquet hall. The NoMa Social is a chic lounge with a Mediterranean-themed restaurant, while the banquet hall is grand and spacious with on-site catering, perfect for events like your wedding. We held our wedding in the NoMa Social and it was a blast with delicious food and great music.
Room Types
The Radisson New Rochelle has two room types:
- The Standard Room with one king bed or two double beds
- The Specialty Suite with your choice of a twin bed, king bed, or two double beds
I stayed in the Bridal Suite [while hubby stayed in a regular king-size room with the baby] which was beautiful but had little to no closet space—which is vital for a Westchester bride-to-be to be able to hang up her wedding dress and other outfits for the big day! But on the other hand, each room comes equipped with a fridge or microwave, and the hotel doesn’t charge you extra for these amenities.
Activities & Entertainment
We loved how near the Radisson New Rochelle is to New Roc City (where you can watch movies, go to theme parks and exhibits with your little ones, and much more!); Metro-North which is about a 5-minute cab ride away; and Interstate 95 so you can get to NYC quickly.
I was amazed that on the night of our wedding, we got to Brooklyn, where we attended a party to continue the celebration, and in only 30-40 minutes!
Food & Drinks
The food is amazing, like, seriously. 🤤
Everything we ate, from breakfast to dinner, was delicious and offered at great prices! [pancakes are yum, turkey burger is even yummier, and the salmon is the best!]
I ordered breakfast from Noma Social for my wedding team wedding team and my bridal party and the food arrived on time and was super yummy.

If you’re thinking of having a New Rochelle wedding, you’ll have a gorgeous day to remember here because all and all, my husband and I give the Radisson New Rochelle 5 stars! The hotel and staff were:
