Since 2011, I DON’T DO CLUBS has successfully catered to Black professionals who are looking for social events beyond the typical nightclub scene. This year, I DON’T DO CLUBS began the mission of highlighting Black owned businesses around the country. In just a few short months, millions of people have read I DON’T DO CLUBS Black-Owned Restaurants and Bars lists.
Starting Wednesday, September 9, 2015, I DON’T DO CLUBS will curate Black-Owned Restaurant Month in New York City and Brooklyn. Since 1992, the original Restaurant Week has introduced millions of foodies to new and exciting eateries and become an international institution. Why not bring this same movement to the Black community?
